Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the filling by combining marinara sauce, cooked sausage, sautéed vegetables, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a medium bowl.
Grease 4 ramekins with a little olive oil or non-stick spray.
Divide the filling evenly among the ramekins, filling each about ¾ of the way.
Top the filling in each ramekin with ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of Parmesan, if desired.
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into 4 circles slightly larger than the ramekins.
Place the dough circles over each ramekin, tucking the edges around the dish to seal.
Cut small slits in the top of each dough circle to allow steam to escape during baking.
Brush the dough lightly with a beaten egg to create a golden, shiny crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and puffed.
Cool for 5 minutes before serving to allow the filling to set slightly.
Notes
Serve with a simple salad or garlic bread for a complete, cozy meal. Enjoy the cheesy, saucy goodness with every scoop!
