Watermelon Cucumber Salad

- 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 1 large cucumber thinly sliced or chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil optional
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese optional
Add the cubed watermelon to a large mixing bowl.
Add the sliced or chopped cucumber to the bowl.
Sprinkle the chopped mint evenly over the fruit and veggies.
Squeeze the juice of one lime directly over the salad.
Add the sea salt and drizzle with olive oil if using.
Toss everything gently to combine without smashing the watermelon.
