Roasted Carrots with Honey and Thyme

- 1 lb fresh carrots peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt pepper, and thyme, to taste
- 2 tbsp honey
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Toss carrots with olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, or until tender.
Drizzle with honey before serving.
