Ingredients
  

  • White chocolate chips: 3 cups. They form the creamy base of your fudge.
  • Sweetened condensed milk: 1 can 14 oz. This adds sweetness and a smooth texture.
  • Strawberry flavoring: 1 teaspoon. This gives your fudge that irresistible strawberry taste.
  • Pink food coloring: Just a few drops to get that lovely pink color.
  • Freeze-dried strawberries: 1/2 cup crushed. These add a nice texture and real strawberry flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Prep Your Pan: Line your 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. This helps in easily removing the fudge once it’s set.
  • Melting Chocolate: In your microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave this mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until it’s smooth and well combined.
  • Add Flavor and Color: Once your chocolate mixture is smooth, stir in the strawberry flavoring. Then add a few drops of pink food coloring until you get the shade of pink you love.
  • Fold in Strawberries: Now, gently fold in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries. Make sure they’re evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Pour and Set: Pour the mixture into your prepared pan. Smooth it out with your spatula so it’s even.
  • Chill Time: Place the pan in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 2 hours. You want your fudge to be firm to the touch.
  • Cut and Enjoy: Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper. Cut it into squares and enjoy!
