No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Quick and easy no-bake bars combining peanut butter and chocolate for a delicious treat. Ideal for when oven space is limited during holiday prep.

Ingredients
  

  • cups graham cracker crumbs or gluten-free option
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and melted butter.
  • Press the mixture into a 9x9-inch pan.
  • Melt chocolate chips and 2 tbsp peanut butter in the microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
  • Spread the chocolate mixture over the crust.
  • Chill for 1 hour before cutting into squares.
