Quick and easy no-bake bars combining peanut butter and chocolate for a delicious treat. Ideal for when oven space is limited during holiday prep.
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs or gluten-free option
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp peanut butter for topping
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and melted butter.
Press the mixture into a 9x9-inch pan.
Melt chocolate chips and 2 tbsp peanut butter in the microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
Spread the chocolate mixture over the crust.
Chill for 1 hour before cutting into squares.
