No-Bake Berry Icebox Cake

This chilled dessert layers graham crackers, cream filling, and berries into soft, sliceable squares. It looks fresh and summery, and the fridge does most of the work.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • One 8-ounce tub whipped topping
  • 2 cups strawberries sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries
  • One and a half sleeves graham crackers

Instructions
 

  • Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in the vanilla.
  • Fold in the whipped topping.
  • Spread a thin layer of cream mixture on the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish.
  • Add a layer of graham crackers.
  • Top with more cream mixture.
  • Add the strawberries and blueberries.
  • Repeat the layers, ending with cream on top.
  • Cover the dish and chill for at least 6 hours.
  • Add extra berries over the top right before serving.
