Herb-Roasted Turkey Breast

Ingredients
  

  • 1 turkey breast around 4 lbs.
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the turkey breast and rub it in with the thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Roast for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
