- 1 turkey breast around 4 lbs.
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan.
Drizzle olive oil over the turkey breast and rub it in with the thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Roast for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
