Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake

A dense and moist gluten-free chocolate cake with a deep, fudgy flavor. Perfect for guests with dietary restrictions without sacrificing taste.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch round pan.
  • In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top springs back when touched.
  • Let cool and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
