Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake

- 1 cup almond flour
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch round pan.
In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top springs back when touched.
Let cool and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
