Fresh Mango Salsa
This sweet and zesty mango salsa comes together fast with fresh, simple ingredients and no cooking required. It’s perfect with chips, tacos, grilled meats, or straight from the spoon.

- 2 ripe mangoes peeled and diced into small cubes
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1/2 small red onion finely diced
- 1 jalapeño seeded and very finely minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh into small, even cubes.
Dice the red bell pepper into pieces about the same size as the mango.
Finely dice the red onion to keep the flavor balanced.
Remove the seeds from the jalapeño and mince it very finely.
Chop the cilantro into small pieces.
Juice the lime and set aside the juice.
Place all the prepared ingredients into a medium mixing bowl.
Pour the lime juice over the mixture.
Sprinkle with salt.
Gently stir everything together until evenly combined.
Taste and adjust lime or salt if needed.
Let the salsa sit in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Serve chilled.
