In a mixing bowl, pour 1/2 cup of white school glue.
Add a few drops of food coloring to the glue if you want to give your slime a vibrant color. Mix well.
If you want to add some sparkle to your slime, sprinkle in some glitter and stir it into the glue mixture.
Slowly pour 1/2 cup of liquid starch into the bowl with the glue. Stir continuously as you add the starch.
Keep stirring until the mixture starts to come together and becomes less sticky.
Once the mixture is less sticky, take it out of the bowl and start kneading it with your hands. The more you knead, the firmer and less sticky the slime will become.
If your slime is still too sticky, you can add a little more liquid starch and continue kneading until it reaches the desired consistency.
Play with and stretch your homemade slime! Store it in an airtight container when not in use to keep it fresh.
