- 4 large sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Place sweet potatoes in the crockpot.
Add butter, brown sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon.
Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours, until tender.
Stir in pecans right before serving.
