A classic pumpkin pie made with condensed milk and a dash of spice, baked to a smooth finish. This dessert is the perfect way to end your Thanksgiving meal.
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 can 15 oz of pumpkin puree
- 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 large eggs
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin pie spice, and eggs until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350°F and bake for another 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
Let the pie cool before slicing.
