Classic Cranberry Sauce

Fresh cranberries cooked with orange juice and cinnamon create a sweet and tangy sauce perfect for Thanksgiving. Ready in about 15 minutes, it brings a bright pop of flavor to your table.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of fresh cranberries
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • ½ cup of orange juice
  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the cranberries under cold water.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar, orange juice, and cinnamon.
  • Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10-15 minutes. The cranberries will start to pop.
  • Once thickened, remove from heat and let it cool. The sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.
