- 4 cups cooked chicken shredded or cubed
- 1 6-oz box stuffing mix
- 1 ¾ cups chicken broth
- 1 10.5-oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 4 tablespoons butter melted
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Place stuffing mix in a medium bowl.
Pour chicken broth over stuffing.
Stir and let stuffing soften.
In a separate bowl, add cream of chicken soup.
Stir in sour cream.
Add frozen mixed vegetables.
Add garlic powder.
Add onion powder.
Add dried thyme.
Add salt and pepper.
Stir until creamy and combined.
