Ingredients
  

  • 1 16-ounce can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped red and green bell peppers optional
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and spread the pieces evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the biscuit pieces in the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the cooked sausage evenly over the egg mixture, followed by the chopped bell peppers if using.
  • Top everything with the shredded cheddar cheese, spreading it evenly across the dish.
