Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips or peanut butter chips
  • 36 pastel candy eggs

Instructions
 

  • Place milk chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a large microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  • Stir the chocolate mixture well.
  • Microwave for another 30 seconds.
  • Stir until smooth and fully melted.
  • Add the chow mein noodles into the bowl.
  • Gently fold the noodles into the melted chocolate until coated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  • Spoon heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the parchment to form nest shapes.
  • Use the back of the spoon to make a small indentation in each nest.
  • Press three pastel candy eggs into each nest before the chocolate sets.
  • Let the nests sit at room temperature until firm.
  • Transfer to the refrigerator for faster setting if desired.
  • Once firm, carefully remove nests from parchment.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
