Place milk chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a large microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
Stir the chocolate mixture well.
Microwave for another 30 seconds.
Stir until smooth and fully melted.
Add the chow mein noodles into the bowl.
Gently fold the noodles into the melted chocolate until coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
Spoon heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the parchment to form nest shapes.
Use the back of the spoon to make a small indentation in each nest.
Press three pastel candy eggs into each nest before the chocolate sets.
Let the nests sit at room temperature until firm.
Transfer to the refrigerator for faster setting if desired.
Once firm, carefully remove nests from parchment.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
