This baked feta dip is warm, creamy, and packed with flavor from roasted tomatoes, garlic, and olive oil. It’s the perfect no-fuss appetizer that looks impressive but takes almost no effort.

- 1 block 8 oz feta cheese, whole
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes red or orange, stems removed
- 2 –3 cloves garlic peeled and left whole or minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil plus more for serving
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano or thyme
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
- Optional add-ins: ¼ cup kalamata olives ¼ cup sliced roasted red peppers, or 1 tablespoon capers
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the block of feta cheese in the center of a small baking dish.
Scatter the cherry tomatoes around the feta.
Add the garlic cloves to the dish.
Drizzle everything with olive oil.
Sprinkle dried oregano or thyme over the top.
Add crushed red pepper flakes, if using.
Include any optional add-ins at this stage.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until the tomatoes have burst and the top of the feta is lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh basil or parsley.
Serve warm with toasted bread, pita, or fresh vegetables.
